Choose a specific problem—missed calls, booking, reviews, quote follow-up, CRM, or another focused workflow.
Combine the automations that need to work together, with lower pricing than buying every component separately.
Each bundle connects the workflows most businesses need to solve one revenue problem. Bundles can be adjusted, but material scope changes are repriced.
For businesses losing calls and website inquiries because replies are slow or inconsistent.
For businesses wasting time scheduling appointments or losing revenue when people forget to show up.
For businesses that finish good work but rarely request reviews or re-engage past customers.
For contractors sending estimates without consistent follow-up or payment reminders.
For busy or after-hours businesses that need calls answered, appointments booked, and every new lead followed up.
1APP helps an eligible business re-engage an approved dormant list, handle routine replies, qualify interest, and book estimate opportunities into its calendar.
Use the filters to find the problem you want solved. Prices show standard implementation scope; custom complexity is explained below.
Instantly texts a missed caller, alerts your team, and keeps the lead from calling the next business.
Gives customers one clear booking path and automatically confirms and reminds them before the appointment.
Moves website inquiries into the right follow-up path instead of leaving them in an inbox.
Organizes leads by stage, owner, next task, and basic reporting so every opportunity has a next action.
Runs one coordinated SMS, email, and task sequence—and stops automatically when the lead responds or converts.
Asks customers for a review at the right moment after a completed job, without your team remembering every request.
Follows up after an estimate and stops when the quote is accepted, rejected, or paid.
Runs one paid campaign to an approved customer segment. This is different from the performance-based Sprint.
Uses one connected billing source to send consistent reminders when an invoice remains unpaid.
Answers calls, follows one core call flow, collects details, qualifies callers, and can book appointments.
Shows up to five agreed measurements from connected data so you can see what is happening.
Sets up one list or segment, one branded template, and one monthly campaign workflow.
Connects your social accounts and creates the scheduling workflow. Content production is quoted separately.
Creates one focused page, one lead form, and basic tracking for a specific campaign or offer.
Adds another calendar, pipeline, or follow-up sequence, priced by reuse versus new logic.
Handles non-standard APIs, webhooks, Make integrations, migrations, or complex data work after feasibility review.
You should know what is being built, what keeps it running, what changes with usage, and what is genuinely custom. HST is then shown separately.
Discovery validation, configuration, approved copy, connections, testing, training, and launch.
Platform access, monitoring, standard support, reporting, and ongoing operation of the agreed system.
Phone, SMS, email, AI, payment, or third-party charges that change with real consumption.
Non-standard integrations, migration, development, data cleanup, or complexity beyond the published scope.
Standard work uses the catalogue price. These are the most common reasons a build needs additional scope.
Available when an existing 1APP build can be reused with minimal changes.
More routing, permissions, schedules, or testing.
Deduplication, mapping, or large low-quality data sets.
Many services, branches, FAQs, scripts, or regulated language.
Webhook, API, or Make work beyond an approved connector.
Offered only when technical capacity is confirmed in writing.
Optional ongoing testing, refinement, and campaign or workflow improvement.
Delivery estimates are business days—not a promise that outside approvals or missing client information will move instantly.
The standard setup includes discovery validation, configuration, approved customer-facing copy, the agreed connections, testing, basic training, and launch. Anything outside the written scope is quoted before it is added.
The monthly fee covers platform access, monitoring, standard support, reporting where included, and ongoing operation of the agreed workflows. The exact support and change allowance appears in the written quote.
Those costs change with real usage. Keeping them separate prevents low-volume businesses from subsidizing high-volume accounts and makes the recurring service fee easier to understand.
Yes. Bundles are recommended starting solutions, not locked plans. Removing or adding material scope changes the final setup and monthly price, and the revised amount is shown before acceptance.
Yes, for an eligible Sprint there is no upfront setup fee. Messaging usage, the fixed fee per verified estimate, the verified-estimate definition, and the campaign ceiling are all agreed in writing before launch. A booking or no-show alone is not billable.
They are typical estimates in business days. The clock starts after the quote, scope, handoff, access, and technical acceptance are complete. Client delays, third-party approvals, porting, compliance review, unavailable APIs, failed client testing, or scope changes can pause or extend it.
No. All published prices are Canadian dollars before HST. Applicable tax is shown separately on the quote and invoice.
We identify the bottleneck, confirm whether the standard scope fits, explain usage costs, validate the delivery dependencies, and recommend the smallest system that solves the problem. You receive a written quote before work begins.
Book a short pricing call. We will map the problem, recommend the smallest useful system, and show setup, monthly, usage, and timeline separately.
